Cross Sector Networking Event - Welcome

Stronger Kent Communities look forward to welcoming you to our March networking event. The Agenda for the morning is now available to view online.  We are sure that you will meet new people, explore ideas and establish lasting relationships. 

Please note registration will not be open before 9:30am. 

Based on feedback from prior events and to make it easier to identify who you would like to talk to at the event we have compiled a list of who is attending next week. 

We have also put together a list of useful information should you need it.

Don’t forget to bring your business cards and any material you wish to hand out. However, please note to maximize capacity and due to the nature of the event there will be no display tables.




Travelling to Faversham

The venue is a short walk from Faversham railway station, which is served by trains from London Victoria (every 30mins from 6.00am), Charing Cross (every 30mins from 5.30am) and St Pancras International (every 15mins from 6.00am). 

Car Parking 
There are three large car parks close to the Alexander Centre. It is 3 minute walk through a pedestrian zone to the Central Town Car Park. The Queens Hall and Faversham Station Car Parks are five minutes walk away. 

Faversham is on the main railway line from London to Canterbury, Dover and Ramsgate. Trains from London Victoria normally run every half hour with a fastest journey time of 70mins. 

London St Pancras to Faversham, normally run every half hour, journey time 68mins
Trains from Canterbury East [15 mins], Dover [33 mins] and Ramsgate [37 mins] normally run every half hour.

The venue is a 5 minute walk from Faversham train station. 

There are several bus stops near the Alexander Centre, serving local villages and other destinations including Ashford and Maidstone. 

Disabled Accesses 
The Alexander Centre has excellent disabled access to all its ground floor rooms, with wide doorways and plenty of room for wheelchairs and buggies, plus a disabled WC. Please contact the office if you have any queries about disabled access.
