Tunbridge Wells Mental Health Resource Ltd (MHR) is a highly respected established Charity delivering mental health services to individuals across Kent. The Charity is steadily growing with exciting new projects and developments underway.

We are currently seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to secure grants and donations and lead our fundraising strategy. Based in our Tunbridge Wells office, the post is offered on a permanent part-time basis for 22.5 hours per week. The salary range is between £25,350 - £27,710 pro-rata, per annum, depending on experience.

The Fundraising Manager will:

  • Lead the charities fundraising strategy, working closely with the Chairman and senior management team
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of trusts, foundations and grant making organisations
  • Secure funding to ensure sustainability, development and growth
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with current and new funders

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Experience of making successful trust and grant applications of 5-6 figure sums including Big Lottery
  • Experience of another field of fundraising such as corporate or community
  • Experience of reporting outcomes to funders
  • Commitment to supporting people with mental health issues
